People today are finding holiday shopping more overwhelming than they have in previous years. This article is mainly about how brands can assist shopper’s by navigating through this crazy shopping time. This year people are more open to looking at and trying new brands. Many shoppers are using their mobile devices for shopping help. Many brands have to keep up with their online stores so shoppers know what to buy. Another favorite tool for holiday shoppers is video. Many shoppers use the videos as inspiration on what to buy and who to buy it for. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are no longer the top dogs because shoppers are buying on any day and every day, even when there isn’t a sale going on. If you’re a retailer with returning customers it’s good to remember important stuff like there past sizes and items they’ve purchased. Don’t let the holidays be a headache for your shoppers. Build long term loyalty with your customer and business growth.
The concept of making sure you know what the buyer needs is related to the book because the book says you need to have a marketing plan, strategies, and good employees. All of those will bring in more customers new and existing customers. Customers like to see the workplace being run neatly and orderly.
